Hi I am Mark Smith the C.E.O of ManLeigh a men's support group here in the N.W. of England over the last year I have heard so many stories from the men who attend ManLeigh and those who have advised and supported us. My aim is to bring these stories into the public domain because the public need to hear these stories of what the guys have been and going through some are tragic some will give hope some may even shock some will inspire but no matter what there is a true story to be heard and this I wish to deliver.

this podcast is all about the ins and outs of counseling or having a therapist from my own personal experience over the years and why I have chosen to have a permanent therapist now. And hopefully, encourage others to get counseling and give that inside glimpse of what happens and how it all works with the odd bit of advice and explain some trick of the trade.
